Will I always have access to my files?
Your files will be stored on your Google Drive for 6 months after the offboarding of the project. We encourage you to download all of your assets from your client drive to ensure they are always accessible. Our drives will continue to hold your files however, Curbside is not responsible for the loss of files if the client has not downloaded them to a local drive.
I'm having issues accessing my files. What do I do?

Of course! Explore some of our retainer options. Think of Curbside as an art director, graphic designer, web developer, or social media manager that you don't have to train and already understands your brand, your business, and it's goals.
What happens if I need extra deliverables?
Scope evolves, and we're used to it. Once the original project is agreed, we handle add-ons cleanly and transparently. Social assets, livery, signage, collateral, if your business needs it, we can build it in.
I forgot the password to one of my platforms. Can you recover it?
Curbside values the privacy of our clients and deletes all credentials once the project has been handed over to the client unless they request otherwise. At this time, Curbside holds no responsibility for the privacy of these details, nor the damages faced if these were to become comprimised.
